The promoter is OMICRON electronics GmbH, whose registered office is at Oberes Ried 1, 6833 Klaus, Austria (“Promoter”).
With the participation in the drawing the participant agrees to the LinkedIn Bode 100 Drawing Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).
Persons over 21 (twenty-one) years of age are eligible to participate; whereas excluded from participation are employees of OMICRON electronics GmbH and its affiliated companies as well as their close relatives, all persons who are in any other way connected with the Promoter, persons evaluating the drawing.
Closing date for the drawing is December 31, 2020 at 12:00 CET. Participants received afterwards are rejected.
The winner of the drawing will be selected at random by software from all participations received and verified by the Promoter and or its agents.
The original drawing post from OMICRON Lab shall be liked. Every follower of the OMICRON Lab LinkedIn page who liked the original drawing post gets one (1) entry to the drawing.
The participant can get additional entries at the drawing for a comment on or share of the original LinkedIn post from OMICRON Lab.
The winner will be notified by email and/or direct message on LinkedIn and/or letter within 28 (twenty-eight) days of the closing date.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 (fourteen) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize from the winner and randomly select a replacement winner.
The Promoter or one of its agents will notify the winner of the date and place the Prize can be collected or is delivered.
The Prize is defined as indicated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The Prize is not transferable to any other person. The Prize is subject to availability and the Promoter reserve the right to substitute the Prize with another one of equivalent value without giving notice.
The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate Prize details supplied to any participant by any third party connected with this drawing.
The participation as well as winning the drawing is free of charge. The Promoter reserves the right to repeat the drawing if the winner cannot claim the Prize free of charge.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the drawing and the Terms and Conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the drawing will be notified to participants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
The Promoter shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify the Terms and Conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting on the OMICRON Lab LinkedIn page.

The winner authorizes the Promoter to use the winner's name and profile image on the LinkedIn page in any publicity material, mainly at the Promoters’ winner entry.
The warranty and guarantee period shall be 24 months, if not explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. For repairs and hardware modules the period is limited to 6 months.
UPON FULFILLMENT OF THE STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS, THE PROMOTER SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT PERSONAL INJURIES OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY UP TO AN AMOUNT OF EURO 3 MILLION PER CLAIM UNLESS THE APPLICABLE COMPULSORY LAW PROVIDES FOR A HIGHER AMOUNT. THE PROMOTER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY KIND OF INDIRECT DAMAGE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE PROMOTER BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY SLIGHT NEGLIGENCE.
The drawing and the Terms and Conditions shall exclusively be governed by the laws of Austria (except for the UN Sales Convention and the conflict of law rules). All disputes arising shall be finally settled under the Rules of Arbitration and Conciliation of the International Chamber of Commerce ("Rules"), provided such arbitration shall be conducted in the English language in Vienna, Austria, and shall be conducted before a single arbitrator appointed in accordance with such Rules.
