Controlling Bode 100 Via Ethernet

Sometimes a network connection (Ethernet) offers an advantage over a direct USB connection. This is possible using a USB device server.

On some occasions the USB connection of the Bode 100 might be limiting an application. In such a situation it can be of advantage to connect the Bode 100 to a network port instead of a USB port. The following document shows a possible alternative using a USB device server. Check out the following application note to learn how simple it is to control the Bode 100 via Ethernet.

Before Bode Analyzer Suite 3.51, Bode 100 Revision 1 devices did not work on AMD Ryzen based computers due to problems in the USB 1.1 transfer. Please upgrade to Bode Analyzer Suite version 3.51 or newer to overcome this issue.
